Most domestic and Asian models need our computerized alignment service, which includes:
Inspecting steering and suspension systems
Checking tire wear condition
Determining if any "additional parts are necessary for proper alignment".
Unfortunately, none of these were done.

After waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes, left the shop with no explanation as of why the rear alignment could not be done, but yet I was charged for full alignment.
You also indicate on the receipt that vehicle was inspected and that all fluids were topped, unfortunately they were not performed.
(I don't really care about the fluids).
I can tell my vehicle was not inspected both break light bulbs were out, and neither the mechanic nor the front desk guy mentioned it, being a safety concern, I would have paid for replacement.
When front desk associate came to tell me that they could not do the alignment on the rear I ask about the squeaking sound on the suspension, he mentioned that he forgot to ask the technician.
I understand the current shortage on staff due to COVID but that should not be a reason to present such a low level of customer service.

This was my 1st experience at Virginia Tire and Auto in Centreville VA.
