Comment	This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with any business in my entire lifetime. I took my car in September of 2021 for some repairs. Tom Sullivan was referred to me as the go to Ford guy. The communication was non existent. The first time I even spoke to him was the beginning of April 2022. Excuse after excuse..I still need to take it to someone else now. 8 months of pure frustration. It would have been nice to work with a company that at least acted like they care. Would never refer this guy to anyone. I could write 3 pages of my horrible experience.
