| Comment | While traveling from way out of state, a rock cracked our windshield. A new Honda CRV, the sort with all sorts of sensors embedded. Our insurance company was very helpful, but all the chains were too busy, would take a week, etc. Called the local Honda dealer. They sent us to Randy who was able to get a windshield and install it within two days.
He was super helpful, friendly and professional. Knew what was doing. And he worked with our insurance company. As we were visitors, he even loaned us an auto while the work was done. (He worked in conjunction with Honda, who took care of the recalibration of all the sensors, which made us feel better than some chain doing it.) |
