Comment	STEER CLEAR! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! If I could use negative stars, I would. Was in an accident, brought my car for an estimate. Amy, the owner’s wife, asked multiple times if I had a rental car while repairs were to be done (not sure why that mattered). Witnessed her yelling at a customer. Amy is unprofessional and the definition of white trash. Never sent pictures to insurance. They do not answer the phone (watched her pick up and hang up a call when she checked caller ID). Provided false information to my insurance company to get an extra buck. They missed a couple hundred dollars in repairs. Maybe they were trying to pocket the insurance check. Was there for about an hour and never once saw an employee working on a car. They all stood around gossiping. Took my car to another shop and there were 2 other previous customers at the new shop complaining of the same issues. Horribly run establishment. Horrible customer service. It’s well known throughout the county that the owners have run into financial problems and are nickel and diming people ESPECIALLY if your insurance is paying.
