Comment	We have but ONE opportunity to make a first impression with our customers. This is a mantra I have lived-by, and one I measure when I deal with a "first contact" with a company. Ronnie Butler shows that he has what it takes to make a customer happy. He returns his phone calls, and offers sage wisdom on automotive problems. In so-doing, he has created a trust which I will rely-upon with future automotive needs. I tried to provide a photo to how they applied fender flares…perfect job, but there is a bug in Google ratings. They also do vehicle inspections, so there is another plus.
