Comment	Had them tow my bucket truck and regret it. Instead of loading it on a flat bed they used a truck that lifted it from behind. I suggested they drop it and use another truck but they assured it would be fine and proceeded down Cleveland Street. Less than a mile from my business they left my truck in a parking lot because the weight of the bucket on the front tires bent the frame of the truck in half. It is now totaled and I'm making an insurance claim. Yes the truck was older but was used as a bucket truck regularly even a day before without incident. The carelessness and negligence to get the proper truck cost me in the end and it was just left where it was and that was that, no f's given. Art Walker is a great guy and the place has done great work before but i just want everyone to know my experience and to go with your gut and don't trust others with your livelihood if you don't like what you see.
